Shipping & Return
With standard shipping, all Misway in-stock items ship in 1-3 business days. All items will be inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed. With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held responsible for any damage that occurred in transit.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail while the corresponding tracking method: you can check your shipping status accordingly. The tracking information may not be available immediately, you may also contact: email@example.com for logistics support. Please notify us if there's any address change before the order is shipped.
We currently ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, EMS and registered Air Mail worldwide.
For express service, the consignee has to help with the customer's clearance issue when the shipment reaches the destination customs, in case import customers request information or documents. It 's important to pay the customs duties in time, or the package will be returned. We would request the customer to take charge of the return fee if it causes by the above reasons.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not hold responsible for any extra charge once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
Customs are quite different in each country. Please comment while you are placing an order about the requirements, we will support as much as possible.
Return & Refund
We want you to love what you get. However, if you ate not satisfied with the product you bought, it is possible to return it for a refund within 5 days of receipt (10 days for an exchange). You must first advise us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization.
No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a return authorization. All returns must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged scratched or otherwise "used" products will not be accepted. The product must then be returned on its original packaging and a small note for the reason of the return. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products.
Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 3 days of receiving the product (shipping fees excluded). You must cover the cost of returning the product.
Return An Item
You may request a return by emailing email@example.com. Please allow 1-2 days to receive a response from us, as we may need to evaluate the issues before granting the return authorization.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. You will get notified from us once the refund is issued.
Payment Term is DELIVERY AGAINST PAYMENT, we DO NOT accept C.O.D. orders.
We accept the Paypal, Credit card and Wire Transfers.
Please note that wire transfer payment usually take 3-5 business days to clear. We will not ship your order until your payment is verified by our bank. Please send a copy of the Wire transfers receipt to our customer service. It is not sufficient to release order but will help to push the delivery date.
